    Application and assessment of 2006 major technical innovation projects in information industry is being undertaken. We now forward Circular of Application and Assessment of 2006 Major Technical Innovation Projects in Information Industry issued by Ministry of Information Industry (Xin-Ke-Han[2006]28)and hope the concerned units to compile the applying material in accordance with Interim Measures For Assessment and Management of Major Technical Innovation Projects In Information Industry. Any unit that meets the requirement shall submit the application material in sextuplicate and electronic files to Science & Technology Division of Fujian Information Industry Department before July 20^th for the convenience of collection and selection to the higher level.
