September 11th witnessed the signing of cooperation agreement of cartoon and animation project between Korea PIULA Company and Fuzhou Software Park in Fuzhou. Korea PIULA Company also signed a talents training agreement of cartoon and animation with Information Engineering College, Fuzhou University. Zhu Hua, deputy mayor of Fuzhou presented the signing ceremony. The cooperation will have a positive effect on cartoon and animation industry of Fuzhou. It adds color to the projects of Fujian information industry in this CIFIT. (Foreign Economic Division of the department)
